Well I stand corrected. Oscar , the Service Manager, didn’t have to do anything, but he did. He reviewed everything that took place and was more than fair. I stand corrected. Thank you so much Oscar. Washington Tractor picked a good manager. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It wasn’t about the money. We moved over to Cle Elum about 2 years ago. We bought a house and a nice riding lawn mower came with it, for a few bucks 😂. I had a LX 275 for about 15 years and did a lot of the service myself. Now I am 69 and have some medical issues and I needed to depend on the John Deer dealer in Ellensburg. So I took it up to be serviced the first year and they said that it needed about $1,000 put into it and then it would run for years and had them put on the snow blower and tune it up for the next summer. I said ok to the additional work, because I trusted the Name , John Deer. This spring I took it in to have the snow blower removed and the mower deck put in. I got it back and put it away for a few more weeks until the weather got better. When I tried to engage the mower deck it stopped immediately because it was bound on something. After 3 try’s to start it, I decided to send it back. When I was loading it on the trailer a piece fell out from under the mower deck. So I backed it off of the trailer and tried the mower deck and it worked. So I thought it was not that big of a deal and mowed the lawn. The deck is still not level and so I sent it back in. I had them pick it up, bad call. They called and said that I had a slow leak in one tire and they said they could through some slime in. When I went to pick up the mower, they said I was mistaken and that the deck was level?? I know it was not level, but the piece that was torn off of the deck was to make it a muncher , so the deck didn’t work. And someone was covering their mistake at my expense. The cost to put slime in the tire was $90.00. More than a new tire and maybe 15 minutes of work. So they say it’s ready to be picked up. My guess is that it is another $1,000, we will see. I have tried to be nice through out this ordeal and have accepted responsibility that was not mine to bare.

I own a John Deere 970, which is 20 years old. I bought it used 3 months ago, worked for a short time, then would not start. I called Washington tractors and talked with Oscar, which I believe is one of the service managers. He suggested I check out my ground wire, coming from the battery. Sure enough, after cleaning that, the tractor fired right up! What fantastic service! Thank you Oscar!

Tried to charge me $550 to fix the carburetor on our riding mower. New one costs $50 and should be a quick job. Couldn’t find the paperwork for what work was done on it. Went to pick it up and they still had it in pieces. Very pleasant but would not recommend for any service work. I definitely won’t be back.

We had a horrible experience with this dealer's service department. The service manager didn't live up to his word and ultimately was about as rude and discourteous as anyone we've ever dealt with in this position. We had a good experience with their parts dept., though the prices seemed quite high relative to other JD dealers.

I was down there last week looking at them and I do not remember seeing any used ones. 🤔
Yes we do Jon! Call or stop in to your local Washington Tractor and ask a salesperson to pre-qualify you! Thanks for choosing Washington Tractor Jon!
