Very lax about keeping new customers aware of their policies. Our first overnight visit is today. I confirmed yesterday and said I’d be dropping my dog off today. They said fine. I got there just after noon and they were closed. The sign said they were closed 11-5 on Sundays. I called an left messages. Left texts on their websites. Excellent service would have had them remind customers of their hours on Sunday when drop offs are expected. Fortunately I was able to get someone to drop her off. But how frustrating!

Our dog loves going to daycare at Good Mojo - we can tell he has a couple of favorites on staff who love him really well while he’s there. He gets so much out of the socialization with all the other dogs - we recently saw him go into a kiddie pool for the first time on the live webcam after he watched another dog in it (he typically hates the water). We wouldn’t board him anywhere else and trust that he’s well taken care of when we go out of town.

1st visit was amazing from the first time we walked through the door. Friendly staff. Very professional. Our pups had the best days ever. Was great to watch the dogs play on the webcams. I honestly didn’t think the dogs wanted to go home.

I can only comment on our experience with grooming at Good Mojo Manor. We used to use someone else and every time he would get groomed he would develop an ear infection and get crusties on the end of his ears. I decided to switch groomers and chose to try out Good Mojo Manor. They have been wonderful! No ear infections or crusties. His hair cut is perfect every time! I can’t wait to try out their doggy daycare!
