The worst run McDonald's ive been to . Was there today and yesterday. No one manning the counter. But scurrying around not even acknowledging 6 customers standing there. They have kiosks but they was not accepting card and redirect u to pay at the counter. 1 manager had to yell at someone to man the register. People standing around BSing. 6.6.22 a heavyset manager handing out food with a attitude and almost disgust to every customer . What looked like a male employee flirting with another female employee and purposely making a effort to rub up against or touching the female as she tries to fill orders. Garbage backed up and tables was a mess.

Attitude is dangerous to work with. Today 5/10/22. Breakfast with my wife supposedly a relaxing day for me. This Stephanie (as one calls her) ruined my day, she took my order giving a face attitude when I complained that my order was hot macchiato coffee not iced. The thin white girl verified it and helped me but she said she was in trouble for helping me because she was on break. I almost finished my breakfast and still waiting for my coffee. Nobody paying attention, the store is not busy, only 3-4 customer in line. I raised my voice and the manager came and made my coffee instead.. This Stephanie, having an argument with another staff. She dropped the butter and stepped on it but didn't picked it up. I told the manager that made my coffee and the manager picked it up. It is different with merrick McDonald's that staff are so pleasant and actually serve your order.

in my experience over the last few times I went to order i feel they are carelessly providing service. With no regards to the customers experience and expections. I order my food well done and it’s never well done, they believe customer won’t realize the difference because most just accept what they’re offered and continue their day but not me , I constantly have to bring my food back and give to the staff and tell them I’m aware when my orders are well cooked and they still happen to get it wrong sometimes, even my coffee during evening and late hours taste very old and stale as if they just giving you old drinks and food also they never provide napkins or Condiments when you drive threw and order. It’s as if they try to rush you & tell you move forward for others in line and when you move your order is usually incorrect which is very frustrating. Overall I believe when the McDonald’s first open the quality and service was much better but now this generation of many young immature staff base has provided a poor customer service especially with the lack of supervision in the teens playing/joking around freely while people food isn’t being taken seriously. This isn’t fair to people looking for a good quality meal spending their hard earned money especially with the rising cost of everything these days I believe it’s ridiculous regardless if fast food or not. I don’t recommend this Mcdonalds to ppl who care about the service they receive. Try a different part Long of Island or crossway bay because five towns needs new management and to reevaluate how they operate.

This location placed cones in the drive thru 30 minutes before midnight. The app still has options to order. Customers are driving off because they should not be closed
