Their equipment is usually broke and seats torn, they’ve only been open a few years at best. It’s very disappointing to say the least I’ve been a member since the grand opening. Management needs to do some thing or give the franchise to some one who is better suited to maintain the facility.

this place is unkempt, barely any hand towels on the floor, barely any bottles of cleaning solution for the equipment, the garbage is always over filled and the staff + management could care less. i’ve complained in the past and nothing changed. i’ve been a member for 5yrs in total and this is one of the worst l.a. fitness establishments i’ve been to. i visited on 4/25 and had an unexpected guest in the shower with me in addition to the amount of hair that sits in all the shower stalls. i won’t be renewing my membership!

Decent gym for the price. Nothing outstanding but a solid gym. Biggest problem though is the mess. The free weights are everywhere in the gym. As in, people take them and never put them back. It will be infuriating for you as you try not to trip over them try to find the weight you need. Expect to waste a substantial amount of time looking for dumbbells.

I just recently joined LA Fitness as it’s supposed to be one of the better gyms in the area. Frankly, I am disappointed in the gym and the way it is managed. Machines are constantly broken, cleaning stations are not always stocked, and weights are NEVER re-racked making it a real hassle to find the equipment you need. I know that no gym is perfect but for the price I pay I would expect the gym to be better cared for with more accountability for members and staff. Additionally, the free personal training session you receive upon joining is not what it seems. I learned some significant information but it was mainly a sales pitch rather than a workout assessment.
