This is a review long overdue. My family ordered a stove a long time ago and in a poorly inaudible voicemail they changed the delivery date to a longer length of time which led to rescheduling with the handyman who was going to install it for us. I wish I could say this was a freak incident. Now we are in the same boat. Was supposed to receive doors on Friday. Was told on Thursday that the order didn’t even exist. Through a long lengthy phone call, it resulted in being told that we needed to call Friday to get a better time estimate of when it would be delivered. Friday came, we called and were told it would be soon. Received a call late afternoon saying that they saw it did not get put on the delivery truck and nothing was done to fix it. Rescheduled to today. Today comes, and the delivery guy refused to take it up a set of four wooden steps to bring it in our house. He expected a woman in her 70s who weighs only 100 lbs to do his job. Then he said he could leave it on the curb. She said no so he took it back to the store to pick up. If I could give a zero star review I would. NEVER choose delivery from this store. It’s pointless and you just end up having to pick it up yourself.

My best ever Home Depot experience because of the expert help given by an associate. I went to purchase pea gravel - 40 bags - and as I was walking into the garden section I chatted with an associate who took me straight to the section and then arranged for a forklift to deliver a pallet minus nine bags to my truck while I checked out at the cash register. Sure enough, within five minutes the forklift arrived, checked my receipt and loaded my truck. I was back on Route One within 20 minutes of exiting for Home Depot. Couldn't ask for better service.

!!!!Do NOT buy any major appliances at this store or through Home Depot!!!! You do not get what you pay for. Sales associate just wanted to fill his sale quota. They send out a third party installer who does not how to install, talk to people, or have any patience. They only know how to lie and rush. Then you have to spend several hours of your day dealing with their mistakes and on the phone for returning said items. Plus another week get them taken away. Home Depot is the absolute WORST. Customer service should be called Customer Aggravation. Thank fully there was one Gem in this store, Patricia that listened to our frustration and was there to help resolve this ordeal.

This is the BEST Home Depot we've ever been to. All the staff is amazingly helpful and there is plenty of staff so that you can find one; they are also very knowledgeable and happy to find things for you. I hope that the Home Depot Co treats and pays these wonderful staff members at least as well as how the staff treats their customers.
