I LOVE this store. I needed to take up the length of my dress for an event just 48 hours later with no one available to hem in time. Bonnie helped me. She quite literally saved my biscuits on this one. She was patient n kind and very very pleasant to work with. I will be going here for all of my sewing needs. I should add though that I can easily spend a couple hours here wandering around looking at the coolest home knick-knacks. Thank you, Bonnie!! Thank you, Beverly's!! I owe you BIGLY!

Yes. Beverlys has a selection of unfinished wood craft. It's worth the trip to the store. Usually when I go there for a particular item something else gets my attention.
When I worked there generally there was a return date on the back of the receipt. Fabric was difficult to return because that was written on a slip.
I agree with laura on the previous answer that the shselves and overall inventory doesnt reflect a very big interest in cross stitch. Good thing the employee's are so helpful that they can and will learn anything necessary to help with any project you could have developing. :)
