UPDATE: After we wrote the review the manager from the escape room reached out to us and apologized that we had such a bad experience. We were able to come back and had such a great experience after all. 07/16/2022 We bought a ticket about two weeks ago and were there on time. When we arrived we got told that our room was already booked and that we can’t do it at the time we booked our ticket for and that there is another group already in there.. We were able to book the ticket, paid over a $140 and ended up not being able to do it. We had a lot of trouble and we’re quite annoyed.

Place was lots of fun, team was really great and helped make sure everything went smoothly for our kid’s birthday party. Whole group had lots of fun!

Bee was super helpful and made our experience so fun! The escape room itself was incredibly put together and the puzzles were a good mix of difficult and fun. Thanks Bee for making sure we had such a stellar time! Highly recommend the Grimm puzzle!

We did two rooms back to back, the Grimm and 20 Leagues. We have done at least 10 rooms in 4 states. Both rooms were excellent. We loved that the puzzles were not all linear so we could all participate at the same time working on different puzzles. We loved that the rooms were fully lit so you're not fighting over the light from a single flashlight. We loved that the rooms were large so everyone could fit easily. We loved that the puzzles were well thought out and not dumb and different and challenging. We loved that there were plenty of things to write on so we could solve the puzzles and weren't fighting over one pad of paper and one pencil. The waiting room is not fancy like other places but they put all their $$$ and energy into the rooms which we really appreciated.
