Avoid the newer cars when possible. No one wants to sit sideways and have your neck snapped everytime the train starts or stops. And why do they have announcement volume so dang loud on the type 9s? Especially in the morning on mostly empty trains, it's enough to make you go deaf!

The buses are chronically late. No surprise given that that they stand in the station for over thirty minutes at a time after all passengers have boarded. Edit: nevermind it was Google's fault. If you are riding these buses do not use the Google provided departure calendar because it is wrong and you will be angry .
