I'm a new customer to Talori but so far I am very impressed with their customer service and desire to make their clients happy. Already they remember my name and I genuinely feel like they appreciate my business. I've had 2 repairs done there for a fair price and quality work. Each time they've been very transparent about cost and expectations and completed each job in the time promised. While I'm there I can't help but check out the jewelry in the cases and each time my want list grows... beautiful and unique pieces.
