Our boy stayed here for 9 nights for the first time! He is 1.5 years old. He joined in on the daily play sessions. The bad - - had a bit of trouble booking the correct suite online so had to change it when I arrived to drop him off. Not a problem just annoying. - called once for an update and spoke with someone who said he was doing well despite having an adjustment period early on. Sent numerous email requests asking how he was eating/faring during the 10 day stay with zero response. -upon pickup was told that he only ate half his food and that it is normal for first timers to not eat as much. This is the feedback I was looking for when emailing that I did not receive. - received one photo update on the second day during the nine days. no other response or photo updates after. -he had a long scratch on his belly upon getting back home. This is expected as dogs will be dogs. However, I wish someone had mentioned this when he was brought out as I didn’t know if it had been cleaned or not. but in their defense it was very late at night with only one person working. The good - - our boy loved the playtime and we were able to watch him on camera which was nice - when watching the playtime the employees were very caring and also observant of any dogs that might be picking on other dogs and immediately separated them. - received one unprompted photos update early on - received immediate feedback via phone call when I didn’t see him in playgroup one day that they had a lot of dogs and were splitting groups. - pickup at anytime is key with the unreliability of flights.

My dog Bentley doesn’t like other dogs and it is hard to find a daycare that accommodates this. So happy to find the Pooch hotel. They understand this and makes sure that he receives individual attention. He’s so happy to got to daycare now! There are a lot of more staff. The only downside is that when it’s super busy (like July 4th), they will cancel reservations for reactive dogs because they prioritize dogs that can play with others. I’ve done boarding here as well, and it went well. Highly recommend.

Our girl has stayed at Pooch Hotel a few times in the past and we've always had a good experience. We dropped her off at 5pm on a Monday and picked her up at 3pm on a Tuesday, so not even 24 hours later, and they tried to charge us not only for overnight but also per hour post 12 noon the following day. Surely at $75 per night, this buys me at least a 24 hour period?

My girlfriend and I had our dog stay here for a weekend while we celebrated our anniversary and it was honestly a fantastic idea and a great experience. Being able to watch our dog play through their webcam’s was also really nice. Our dog had a fun time too! We will definitely be coming back!

They do not board cats. There is a place in Watertown that does both dogs and cats I do river walks and all kinds of stuff like that. I don't remember the name of it but if also has a hospital right next door.
HI Jorge. Unfortunately, we don't do in-home grooming, but we offer full service grooming at our hotel. Please give us a call so we can review our list of services, pricing, vaccine requirements and check availability. 617.332.3503, option 1.
They charged 60 a night for my big dog. That is for a standard suite.
