This place is under new management and they all seem to be lost on what is going on. I have been coming to this location for 3 years and I miss the old FRIENDLY staff! My dogs hair looks awful and it so short she has no underbelly hair as a Golden Retriever, It’s embarrassing to look at. I am not happy and will not be returning! If I would have seen my dogs haircut before I paid, I wouldn’t have even paid for it. They called the wrong number to come pick up my dog and I didn’t know my dog was ready until a while after she was.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Has ample parking. Many selections of dog and cat food to choose from. Store is always neatly organized and floors are clean.

I have to say, I have been to this location a few times now and I am always impressed with the customer service. Emily and Ana are extremely knowledgeable about all the different products. Obscure cat food? They got you. Doggie seat belts? You bet. you can tell they really care. The store is clean, and it feels well managed. I’ve been there when the groomers are taking their doggie clients into the back. It’s amazing- they take the time to listen to the owners needs and tailors each experience to the pet. I recommend this location to all of my pet owner friends, because I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Staff is great and store is fully stocked. But whats the point of offering an online booking system for dog grooming that shows complete availability and then texting me 2 days later to say theres no availability until 3 months from now. Again this is not a review of this location but just Loyal Companion's lack of support of their retail locations.
