Best place to buy last minute flowers to apologize with in the world

Spent nearly +$360 on having flowers delivered for our anniversary. Despite a perfect environment both for delivery (cool) and display, flowers looked pitiful after 36hrs and ready to be thrown out on the morning of Day 4. These flowers were old when delivered. Embarrasing and unacceptable.

First time visit. Super nice and professional staff!!! Remind me and explain each plants' habits as well as how to take care of each. Also, plenty boutique vases in store to pair with different customer's demands. Very looking forward to seeing what they have next season!!!
