I got an oil change I paid almost 80 and they didn't even check my fluids I had no antifreeze in my car 😒 a whole bunch of young people working not paying attention not a good experience at all.

Always get my oil change here and recently i did and they over filed my power steering by 2 inches over the max!! My car had been acting funny ever since and I'm extremely upset!! I just wanted an oil change i didn't ask for my fluids to be checked and should have been asked if i wanted them filled! Obviously who ever filled it had no idea what they were doing

Went in on there opening day. It was busy but moved quickly. It was half off oil changes and i wanted to get the premium high mile synthetic oil and passed by saw the grand opening and half off. They did look up and offer other services while there and where very nice and not pushy about up sales. They did give me ideas of what i need to get done as regular maintenance on my Arcadia. Very pleased did not have to get out of my car. Made sure i reset the oil button so correct miles where in there. Fast convenient and great price also gave me a book of coupons for discounts for further services and items such as windshield wipers ect.

It can be a quick service if you go at the right time or it could be a long wait. No major complaints I've been doing my oil changes with valvoline for years. No appointment needed, if the line is long I just stop by at another time.
