First experience with a dermatologist. Dr. Trail is amazing. The wait was just a few minutes, and the visit with two boys were quick and painless, and I say painless because she prescribed each child 3 or 4 meds and my cost for the meds were like 20 for each child. I was charged a higher co pay up front and just jokingly stated that to the doctors. She said hold on and left the room. She came back to say that I was charged to much money and the front desk would fix it on the way out. You don’t find amazing doctors who consider how expensive things are and help cut cost for visits and treatments. Dr Trail is that doctor. I will not hesitate to go again and again for all my families dermatology needs.

This is her cousin. This has to be the worst doctor I have ever had been to. She thinks she’s a doctor but she is the most unprofessional awful nurse practitioner I’ve ever experienced. She had no idea what she’s doing and she doesn’t let the patient talk or ask questions. I strongly recommend staying away from this person. Find somebody better trust me it won’t be hard. Terrible experience. Her Botox is another story. She has no idea where the needles go In and you’ll leave looking like a monster. Worst skin doctor and dermatologist in middle Tennessee. Take one look at her face and you’ll see what I’m talking about

Over time, aging thins the outer layer of skin called the epidermis, decreasing its ability to serve as a barrier to retain water. Additionally, the body's production of collagen slows and the existing collagen becomes less effective. Thinning epidermis and decreased collagen effectiveness lead to eye wrinkles and other signs of aging such as volume loss. Volume loss and thinning skin make the face droop and look tired. Come to Fastpace Dermatology for helpful volume options.
