I am here to talk about my last experience with the Service Team of Ford Tindol. I had the pleasure to have my F150 taken care on their service department and during the 4 days that the truck stayed with them, I was in contact with Walker, the service advisor that attended me. I would like to share my satisfaction with his professionalism being very patience, helpful and gentle about all the complaints and also doing his best to help addressing the issue reported with the transmission. My experience at Tindol Ford was exceptional. Lisa who runs the coordination at the service department took the time to answer my questions, which were many. They saw to my truck quickly. The diagnostic price was as fair as you can ask. They gave me a ride to and from the shop.
