I had no clue what I was doing when I walked in. I don't remember the guy sales name he helped me. There are nice once they tried to finance me for a 2022 I told him that could not afford that.it was totally basic after that. It's like their personalities drain. He told me I got three oil changes for free three car washes for free suit me up on all the extra stuff that comes with it. Then I went to go sign and asked him what the extra $1,400 were for and then that's when he proceeded to tell me oh that's your car wash is an oil changes.. overall I'm satisfied with what I bought. I'm just going to Google next thing to ask but overall it was a good experience. But they do treat you like you're just an everyday person coming in by a car nothing over the top or anything but I'm very satisfied with my 2020 Nissan verse

The best leasing experience I've ever had! Although I honestly hate having to work with car dealerships in general... Doug Brown not only gave me a favorable price on my lease, but he also me feel very comfortable during the process. The other Nissan staff I dealt with did as well: Brandy Joye, Anthony Forney, Marquise Mazon, and Eric Sims. I would definitely recommend Gastonia Nissan for sure. The folks there are awesome.

My salesman was fabulous! Jose did not disappoint. He was straightforward and worked to get me a deal I was looking for. The finance associate, Saul, was wonderful as well. He was very apologetic because I did have to wait due to the volume of customers that day. He was very personable and friendly. Overall great experience!
