By the way there are no women in the service department, but I hear tell that two are in training and on the way. Kim Godfrey, Service and Parts Director, is keeping those others in line for now. Several weeks ago me and a couple of friends loaded my husband's truck and started out on a girl's trip. Unexpectedly the truck flipped into 4 wheel drive and we couldn't get it to flip it back. We opted to find the closest Toyato dealership thinking if anyone could fix it they could and we could get back on the road. Luckily the trip brought us to Toyota in Gastonia, NC. Well it wasn't a quick fix, but we could not have been treated better. They were so kind and understanding. They offered several options. We opted for a rental and even the rental agent was terrific. She not only helped get a renal quickly she even helped us move the huge amount of "stuff" into the rental in the rain. I have never received that level of service. Not only was it friendly it was fair. Over the weekend the they were able to fix the issue at a cost that was better than expected. Thank you so much Scott, Colby and all of the staff we engaged with when we first showed up and when we returned to get truck. You made a stressful situation so easy and made sure I (the panicking driver) was able to relax on my favorite yearly girls weekend trip.
