Daughter bought a 2003 red Honda CR-V from them one month ago. The car was winding and making a loud noise. It was the transmission. Under the car was a loud knocking noise. Told the owner. His very words were it working fine it’s a Honda. Took the car back he said he fixed something; didn’t say what and the cars working fine now. Drove car off the lot the same loud noise. Took back mechanic drove it and said it was fine. Finally told him just want my money back. He said give him one more chance to work on it and if it wasn’t fix he would the give money back or put her in something else. The only way he’s able to lay his head down at is because he do people right. Well he finally put a rebuilt tramission in it . Took it off the lot smelling like straight up weed and cigarette smoke. Got the car and it was better but jerking bad and stalling. Went to Wendy’s made order got ready to pull off car wouldn’t move . Had to call someone to help push it out of drive thru.Called man told him she just wanted her money back and she said he’d look at the car and see. Called 2 days later he said no refund and nothings wrong with the car but take it in mind it had to be pushed out of drive thru. Please be careful with this man cause his word is only good for whoever he chooses he wants it to be good for. We let the better business know what he did and we also contacted action 9 news. I will make sure no one that I know or none of me relatives goes there unless they know how to handle a man like that. Check some of his reviews. There are negative ones. I hope God forgives him for lying. Now she had lost her money and she had no car. Nevertheless less there are other buy here pay here places that are honest. For those of you that he did keep his word with consider yourself lucky. And to think I really thought he was a fair man to all his customers and not those that got lucky and just happen to get a decent car. Hats up to those that did have a good experience. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!
