We recently had the need for a washer & dryer. We have waited almost 2yrs to finally purchase one. On Sunday we went here & paid cash for the appliance & was told that it would be delivered Monday. On Monday they arrived with the incorrect item. They stated that they were going to bring the correct one the next day & we would hear from them by the morning to schedule a time on Tuesday to deliver the correct one but a different color. We were ok with that, since we had already waited for 2yrs to purchase it. Today, Tuesday, we received no phone call or no answer when we tried to call to follow up on our delivery. We ended up having to go back to the store to find out where our Washing machine & dryer was & when it would be delivered. After 30 min of waiting, nothing was done except my money returned to me. 3 days wasted on waiting for a paid item to be delivered & now I have to start all over again. I have 3 children & have waited an extra couple days to wash clothes because I was expecting a brand new washer & dryer, now I have to load everything up, again & go to the laundry mat. After paying $2100 for one to have already been here. They do not value your business or even care if you get what you pay for. Don’t waste your time! Especially on a delivery purchase. Best you apparently get, is your time wasted & your money back.

Contacted our local Lowes for a fence installation…what a nightmare on our street! In January we paid cash for a fence to be installed in May, excited as we were things began taking a huge turn for the worst. Lowes did not order enough product to install our fence no caps no gate no lattice decor! We patiently rescheduled for June 14th and our fence was installed. What a nightmare!!! Our fence was installed with multiple large gaps underneath ranging from 3-7” when you should only have 2”! We have to barricade our fence with stones and other material to keep our dogs from escaping! In addition the double gate will not close and each door is at a different height ! There again we have to barricade the gate also to keep them closed or they will blow open with any burst of wind and our dogs escape. Lowes “professional” installer Broken J did a terrible job installing our fence at the proper height leaving gaps and it still a headache trying to get it repaired in mid August! That’s awful to have to use a warranty after a company as large as Lowes has “professionally” completed an installation. We’ve contacted Lowes countless times and the service makes me angry at how little the representatives know about our case. I WOULD NEVER Recommend Lowes for a fence installation. We have went through so much turmoil and the company did not compensate us for our troubles at all. Ridiculous!!

I purchased mulch and made several trips home and back to get it since I drive a smaller car. The Garden Mgr. Michael and George could not have been more helpful. They made my experience very pleasant and I appreciate their kindness so much. Lowe's is so lucky to have these two great employees!

Yes there is a charge for delivery and a 25 dollar charge to install.
Lowe's does carry white Roses unfortunately they are sold out of them at the moment, you mite try calling around.

If they do not walmart and home depot are next door..if your on the east end of franklin blvd..so riding on down and checking them all out,if needed..unless your like me and transportation is limited,then that's when I'd turn to a (god forgive me)... website.. whew almost threw up..hahaha hope it helped ya sum....good luck.

They're okay. Use the raid barrier in the blue bottle, and just use hot shot to get rid of the residual roaches. Works wonders. Also, if they're eater roaches, be sure to put those plastic drain traps in all of your drains. They come up out of especially kitchen drains.
Customer service hours are the same as the store hours.
An insulation blanket can make some water heaters more energy efficient if the water heater is located outside of the livable space of the house (like a garage, basement, or attic). As long as the insulation is installed correctly, and not covering things it shouldn't it should not be hazardous. Most modern heaters are best made more efficient in other, less risky, ways.
