I traded in my Jeep for a new 2022 sonata limited. Dalton was my sales person and he was awesome. I never had to step foot in the dealership. He did everything over the phone and even had the car transferred from another dealership and delivered to me at work! Everything was so smooth and they gave me what I asked for with my trade, very happy with my car, price and warranties. I will definitely use this dealership again!

I've bought 3 cars from this dealership in the past. Then, in March 2022 my 2013 Santa Fe's engine needed to be replaced while it was still under warranty. Hyundai REFUSED TO HONOR THE WARRANTY because I was unable to find 2 oil change receipts from 2016. This dealership did NOTHING to help me. I contacted them twice with opportunities to make my situation right. I was told they would get back to me, but they never did. Thanks Keith Hawthorne. You kicked me when I was down. I lost $10,000.00 in equity thanks to Hyundai and Keith Hawthorne. Don't buy an extended Hyundai warranty - keep all your service records, or don't buy a Hyundai. The burden of proving you have had regular maintenance is the customer's responsibility - they don't tell you that. If you miss 1 oil change, don't have a recipt, or even go over the recommended mileage, the power train warranty is VOID. Heads up. Also, there are MULTIPLE class action suits on the Santa Fe engines. I even emailed the GM of this dealership with no response. I highly recommend going to South Charlotte Hyundai if you want to buy a Hyundai. They care about their customers.

I highly recommend Keith Hawthrone Hyundai to do business with. Everyone we met was very nice, professional and helpful throughout our sales transaction. Our Salesperson's name was Christian. He was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai product and very responsive to our requests and questions. Great atmosphere!! No high pressure sales like so many other dealerships. We will definitely look to this dealership to purchase any future cars.

As far as I know no charge for that
No idea but one web search found a place selling either driver or passenger without Signal Lamp for about $54. If labor in 40% it might cost $76.
