Trader Joe's has a lovely selection of plants. I always get something from their offerings. They also have Speculoos Cookie Butter Spread. We love this spread on toast. It is quite heavenly! They also have Reusable Lavender Dryer Bags. They leave your clothes smelling like a lavender field. Their meats are very good. We purchase prime rib steaks there. Yum! We also like their rice pasta as well as their selection of cheeses. And, if you're like me, they have the most awesome grocery bags! I currently own 2 pickle bags and 2 breakfast bags. They are both funny and informative, similar to their flyers. All in all, Trader Joe's has yummy, quirky things that you won't be able to find anywhere else. Oh! Their people are great too!

Super friendly staff. Management goes the extra mile. Clean and well stocked, shop early for the best selection. I LOVE their seasonal items especially starting Fall thru Christmas. My current addiction are the Dried Mandarins. If you have little kids, tell them to find the hidden squirrel!

Yes Carolyn, many gluten free choices @ TJ's....As for a section, no. As you will see, the gluten free items are clearly marked and a plethora of choices as well.

I've not seen them there, but you can make kefir at home... If you can't find a supplier, try looking for the funky kitchen (book). I met the creator of it last year. You can find it on Amazon... Or Google. I believe she has an online program... Hope this alternative helps.
