Misun is great . She is expert . She recommended several shades and shutter. After we had discussed a lot , I decided custom shutter. Perfect measurement, perfect color. Perfect install. We engaged Misun for Installing shades for all our Windows, she understood our needs as well as our budget requirements and provided us with her valuable inputs with regards to selection of the shades and Shutters, she showed all the samples for the products that they have and we selected Hunter Douglas for our home. The installation was done by great set of professionals from WFNC and it was wonderful working with Misun and her team. Also their customer support has been great as recently I had an issue with one of my automated shades, their team responded promptly and got my shade replaced in no time. My Next project of installing Drapes will also be done my Misun and her team. I would highly recommend WFNC.

Helpful employees, but impersonal manager. Stopped for help with my shutters. They sold me some new clips that would work but after trying and failing I brought them in to have the store do them for me. They offered to show me while I waited and it turned out to be a fairly simple job. The one I had tried to fix had been glued in though and needed to be drilled out. After trying some myself I was left alone to finish the others, which I agreed to and was okay with. But after 20 mins or so an employee started suggesting that if I could finish them at home that I should go. She said her boss wanted the show room cleared out in case anyone happened to come in. Not a huge deal I guess. Just wish the boss would have talked to me or even introduced themselves. Another 5-10 minutes and the shutters are finished. Not terrible, but felt very rude. Won't be back for parts or or new shutters

The consultant we used was MiSun Kettle, and the process was very easy, smooth and comfortable. After choosing our blinds, they were custom-made and delivered on time. The installer, Tom, was very sweet and did great work. As good as it gets!
