Rating for the Service Department. Bought my Durango from the sister dealership in Cornelius. This was excellent! But upon getting an NC inspection my tint failed and they reported me to the State. They sold me a vehicle with tinted windows and then reported me for having an illegal tint. When I ask anyone there I immediately get the brush off. Things happen but please talk to your clients before turning them into a governmental agency. Trust is key!

Our experience was absolutely amazing! Megan Faulkner did an amazing job. She was kind, patient and talked us through every step. Financing was just as amazing and quit. My wife and I were in Charlotte for our 12 year anniversary and we had been looking to get her out of the mom mobile now that our youngest is older. She did a quick online search, jokingly while at Top Golf and goes hey I like this jeep. I called dealership and spike to John Helms (Army Veteran) and he was such a professional. We set up a time to meet. We got there and jeep was detailed and waiting right out front. Wife was instantly in love with it. I gave him my list of requirements and in less than 5min we had a deal. No fighting, no haggling, no I can't or won't do that BS. Just true professional service. We had to go get out van from Galiana Chrysler in Columbia as it was in for a warranty repair and come back next day. Next morning we pulled up and we signed the paperwork. I spent many years in this business from the lot to the back office and I will tell you I have never found a better dealership to purchase from. If you are looking call and ask for John Helms! You will name your next kid after me.
