Bought a new car. It needed a tire so I got a rental. I was told 2 day's later the tire was there and bring fixed that day. 3 day's later I was told once again the tire had just came in and was being fixed that day. When I went to pick up my new car it was dirty. The touch up paint job looked like a toddler took finger nail polish to the car. Even the manager agreed. They were nice. Said it would be taken care of, cleaned, and treated like a sell of new car. 2 day's later I'm guaranteed it's fixed and cleaned. When I drive a hour again to go pick it up. It's parked in the express lane and filthy. Inside and out. Half the gas was used. I felt like some kinda joke as everyone was talking about how great it looked. They talk a big nice game but their actions do not follow. When making a big purchase you kinda want a nice clean car. Not the opposite. And when a company guarantees several times by several employees and managers you kinda expect the actions to follow through. I was told go get it detailed and they will cover 50$ just bring a receipt. Sounds nice but I still have to waste gas and time to go get it cleaned and drive a hour there and hour back just to be reimbursed for 50$. I already had half the tank of gas used when I got my new car. Why I wanna waste more time and gas!!

I worked with Alphonse to purchase my Camry. He made the process super easy. Very straightforward no games! Very Happy with my purchase.

Quick, easy, and hassle free. They made me a very good offer for my vehicle, so I accepted it. I filled out the appraisal form online, and brought it with me (it has a reference number on it). They verified my discription of my vehicle was accurate, and about 20 -30 minutes later I was walking out the door with a check in hand.

I got an online offer for my vehicle that I was happy with and after inspecting the car, the offer stood at the original amount and I left with a check for the difference between the offer and what I owed. Overall, the process was seamless and the folks who helped me were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a fair trade-in value for their vehicle.

The best way to get in contact with someone will be to apply for the job through CarMax.com, the person who reaches out to you will likely be the Logistics Manager for the area that you've applied.
Yes. Carmax is where I've bought my last 2 vehicles. I'm pleased with their sales and service team. My cars have given me no trouble at all.
I cant say for sure about the down payment, but I know they work with all levels of credit. I think the down payment more relies on the overall price of the car you are looking at. Fortunately, they can do most of the paperwork online or over the phone. They can run your credit with the figures you have for a DP and let you know what your rates will be. After talking with them on the phone, I drove off the lot in my new(ish) car in about an hour. For DP, your best bet is to give them a call to see what they can work out for you. It will save you a lot of time over going to the lot to work it all out. I hope this helps, and good luck!
You can go online and look what they have in stock. If they don't have it at the store location you prefer it can be shipped to your store if another has the one that you are interested in
To answer your question. The answer is yes. But if you are looking to profit this is may not be your place. It would be best to return your lease to the same manufacturer and move on. If you are upside down on your current lease this company may just get your debt larger.
It's both, you can put money down or use a car as a down payment, they also check your credit if you need help with you payment. I hope that this helps, take care !
They buy almost any car even if you don't buy one from them.. they do an appraisal and quote you a price.
You don't need an appointment just walk in
I would go to truecar.com and get an estimate there. Note: you should consider this only a rough starting point. I do no think Carmax will buy your car. It probably exceeds their max mileage limitation.
Pretty good actually, I literally have a 0 credit score, put $1500 down, and got approved for a 2009 Kia. So I say go for it. Worse they can do is say no.
Demand to speak with someone else. It doesn't matter how long they keep your car if it was under warranty when you took it in it should be covered. We are on our second brochure purchased from them and never had any issues.
I'm shocked....I called them during my 30 day warranty and told them about a noise. They couldn't get me in for another 2 weeks but it was still covered. I paid nothing! It wasn't a cheap fix either my struts ended up needing to be replaced.
Carmax only deals in late model vehicles (Nothing over 5 yr old) and would not have cars in that price range.
They have a wide variety of vehicles! Im sure they will if not can get you one. This location went beyond the boundaries for me and my family! Do not trade your vehicle, sell it private party!
Never do business with Carmax. Their business ethics are atrocious. I regret ever buying a car from them.
