Has any one else had problems with their car bought from car max? They kept my car for 30 days so the warranty wouldn't cover it. Bad radiator and ac want work. I will never buy a car from them again...

Demand to speak with someone else. It doesn't matter how long they keep your car if it was under warranty when you took it in it should be covered. We are on our second brochure purchased from them and never had any issues.

If you sent it in while the warranty was good it shouldn't matter about when you get it back.
