To answer your question. The answer is yes. But if you are looking to profit this is may not be your place. It would be best to return your lease to the same manufacturer and move on. If you are upside down on your current lease this company may just get your debt larger.

They can, but they won't work with you. They are non negotiable about anything. They werent willing to match what a fca dealership offered me. I found damage that wasnt in the photos on a car I viewed. They refused to lower the price of the car.
