You don't need an appointment just walk in
You actually do not need an appointment. Walk ins are welcome. If someone is not immediately available you can be checked in and helped as soon as possible. Appointments can decrease wait time but sometimes you won’t know when you’ll be free so a walk in might be easier. In most cases you’ll be helped right away.
Yes. They need to have a sales rep meet you and have staff available to appraise your vehicle.
