I remember coming here and the Guyanese lady who I believe is the manager and has been there for years literally told me I couldn’t tape my box inside the store. She spitefully wanted me to pay the tape fee but I had my own tape and was going to tape it myself since they say to come with the box untaped for safety and security reasons to check what’s inside. I had to tape it outside because she insisted I couldn’t do it inside like the serpent she is. I didn’t wanna make a big deal and allow this pathetic demon to ruin my day/plans. The guy who also been working there for years stared in disapproval of her behavior but didn’t say anything because well I guess he’s afraid to lose his job and is use to her antics. She’s unprofessional and karma is fair. So for all the people you’ve been hackling over the years, good riddance 🧿

There is always a line as only three persons can be inside at any given time, and one customer service agent. Most my packages are prepaid so no interaction needed but when i need to send a pckg they say pay and we will pckg and mail in your absence, which i dont like i feel like i could be ripped off and they charge u for everything 2 of my prepaids have gone missing already. I don't kno who the Notary is but he/she is never in.

I had to returned a portable AC that I purchased from Amazon. I started the return process and I went to this UPS store to drop it off. However, the guy told me they don't take package heavier then 50 pounds and mine was 52.9 pounds. When I asked where could I take it then, he couldn't give me a proper address or name of the location. Then I was charged $6 for the return label that I had in a USB port. I got in the car and decided to call UPS customer service to see where could I take the package. A gentleman answered and didn't understand why this store didn't take my package if UPS deal with packages up to 150 pounds. Also, they had no option for me to find a solution to my issue. The gentleman kindly suggested another UPS store close by, to which I went and they did take my package with no problem at all. To conclude,, I just wish this store gives a choice for people with big packages. They don't even have a sign that advice people the weight they can handle or not. I found it very unprofessional since when I called UPS customer service, the gentleman said this store should take packages up to 150 pounds. Anyways, I won't be going back to this one from now on.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. They have the worst customer service and try to charge for services that are free at other locations. If you bring your regular box for an Amazon return with the code, they will rup you off and try to charge extra for a free Amazon return do not go here!!!
