I scheduled my service ahead of time, for simple/ routine maintenance. My appointment was at 1100, and didn't get my vehicle back until 5:30pm, after the store closed. They didn't call for any updates. Recommend taking the vehicle somewhere else.

Don't know why all the Firestone shops in the Fayetteville area have bad reviews but I go to the Ramsey street location and the Cross Creek mall location and have had great experiences every time. Got service on my truck today at Cross Creek and I have to say they have a awesome staff. Very helpful and friendly plus they know their stuff. They treated me very well and took good care of me. Kept everything within my budget. Great experience. They will always get my business.

3rd time and the last time I will take any of my vehicles here. I had an appointment all 3 time and they always have the same excuse on why they take so long. It does not take all day to do an oil change, an alignment and tire rotation. From open to close or next day. Today they forgot to do my alignment, they wanted to charge me for a new tire, when my spare tire is brand new and all I needed was a valve steam. Then they messed up my oil pan plug and wanted to charge me for a new oil pan. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AT THIS LOCATION!!! I have never in all my year with Firestone had an experience like this until I moved here next to this location. I'm not even sure if they even rotated my tires. For now on I'll try another location. I feel like this location needs money and try's to get alot of extra money off hard working people. My bill was going to be close to $600.00 until I caught on to there operation (scam), my bill at the end was close to $70.00. Please. Again be careful at this location.

The gentleman working the counter was extremely rude to the first customer. Oct 6th 12:55pm so then I approached him when it was my turn told him my problem. Telling me I need proof and documentation of tire rotation and alignment. Told him it was in a dodge dually you don’t align the back axle. The Bridgestone dueler Revo 3 is a soft compound tire and don’t last. I ran the revo 2 and got 80k miles off the tire. But back to the point. If customer service is handled this way you will continue to receive one star Ratings. But I will call corporate today on the service man Jeffrey. As I am also a share holder of Firestone. I’ll be dammed if something I invest in will conduct business as Such. In such manner to run costumers off and not give 100% satisfaction. And for me to have to give such a bad rating on.
