The company I drive for leases their tractors from Ryder. The one in Portsmouth isn't our "home" facility but it's much closer to the routes we drive than out "home" facility. Every time I've gone to the Portsmouth Ryder they've been quick to get my tractor into the shop for whatever it needs. They ordered some parts that they didn't have on hand so I didn't have to go out of my way to bring my tractor to our "home" facility. It's very easy to find and get to. There is plenty of room to manuever around their yard and to very easily park a 53ft trailer. All of the employees I've interacted with have been great. One of the managers even gave me a squishy truck he had on his desk because I liked it. Ine of the times I brought my tractor in they let me use a small work van to drive up the road to get some food because I was hungry.
