I went to this store in June 2022 to purchase a washer/dryer set and mattresses. Before that I had been dealing with Badcock for years with no problems. 3 days after the delivery, the first time I used my washer the load size button fell through the back into the washer. It leaks water from time to time and sometimes has condensation on the floor during washes. I called the store and spoke with the manager who didn't care what the issues were it wasn't his problem. Called corporate they didn't care either. I've only had the washer in my home for one month. I can't use it until the parts to fix it are ordered so I'm basically paying for something I can't use. I'm done with Badcock.
