Wonderful public rink, no cost of admission and five dollar skate rentals Skates here are much better maintained than the ones in the outdoor rinks at DCR Kelly

Needs reservations for the 2021 season. Skates can be rented, but they accept cash only. Friendly staff and fairly smooth ice. Would come here again.

It was a great experience. Well maintained. We took public transportation to North Station and walked for ~ 10 mins to reach this place. You can rent the shoes from there and it inexpensive. There is no time limit and you can skate as long as you want. They have small but usable rest rooms. They have plastic cartons for beginners to hold on to and skate. There is also a small snack bar inside.

Best public skating rink in Boston! The ice is just the right consistency, and there are floor to ceiling windows to give a lovely view of the harbor. Also, they always make sure to have skate guards during public skate, which is nice.

There is no designated parking. However some people do drive up to the rink and park on the "sidewalk". You'd have to be OK with parallel parking.
Season usually ends mid March or longer if the state budget allows
They do have curling on Sundays after 7 pm.
