At the Walter Brown Arena for Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies, Boston University, 2022 Commencement. Great facilities for the occasion.

Awesome ice arena! B.U. does a great job making this ice available to local youth hockey groups. Kids love playing in this venue. Expertly managed ice and big league feel. Comfortable & fun place place to watch games & practices with great site lines. No snackbar or proshop -at least not while Inhave been there, maybe for BU games. Parking across the street. A bit pricey ($10) if you're only there for an hour, but hey if you're paying for hockey you already know its going to hit you in the pocket.

They offer open skating here. They have ice skates if you don't have your own, for a small price. The arena itself could use an update though as it is inferior to its counterpart located in the the fitrec down the block from it. The skates could've also used a sharpening last I went to skate there. The halls also smell of sweaty gym clothes but it is a hockey rink so that is expected sometimes, the real problem is that it smells like that ALL the time. Maybe the workers there are noseblind to it by now but I'm tired of walking through the halls to get to bathroom and then getting sucker punched in the face with a smell that I can't begin to describe in an appropriate manner. Please do something about this...
