Talk about being there for the animals!!! The sweetest Veterinarian Tech came to the care and removed the zip tie that our silly pup had found and overly tightened on her foot! She did it without further drama for our drama queen pup and we were all relieved! Thank you for your quick and compassionate attention!

I honestly don't know if I have the words that can truly express my gratitude to the team of professionals at Port City... Our dear sweet puppy Roxas has had an awful 2 weeks, but thanks to the amazing work from these incredible people, he is finally acting like his old self again, and eating properly... Thank you all so much for your professionalism, tenderhearts, knowledge, and commitment to providing amazing care to the surrounding communities. I'm sure you don't get this enough...You're all fantastic people. Don't let the bad days bring you down. Even on those days you're all doing your best, and people who aren't grateful for that...they'll never understand the sacrifice you're all making. From Myself, Maria, Roxas, Minho, and Newt...thank you so so much for taking care of Roxas!

Would give a 0 if I could. I wouldn’t take my pet rock here. Took my dog here for an ultrasound, due to diarrhea and bloating. All they did was drug her, keep her for 3 days, and recommend more testing. Always call late day to update so that your stuck there another day. She came home far worse then when we took her there. She now has no control of bowels and is in pain. Out $6000 for a ULTRASOUND . They wanted another $6;500 for more testing. If I had left her there longer I think they would have killed her. Pretty dramatic but want others to know. Stay away!!!!

Port City Animal Hospital saved my cats life last week after an acute kidney injury. Dr Fowler and her team could not have been more compassionate or kind during such a difficult time. We thought that my cat was not going to make it as his kidney function continue to worsen despite treatment, but after 5 nights in the ICU and due to amazing care from Dr. Fowler and her team, he is now home and thriving. I could not be more grateful for their care. I give port city my highest recommendation.

Hello Elizabeth, it's always best to call the hospital directly. No, we do not provide routine services such as vaccines, spay/neuter, etc. We are an emergency and specialty referral hospital. Thank you!
I would find another vet from our experience
Have them seen by a doctor
No, at this time none of the doctors see exotics or pocket pets except for euthanasias
