Jenny is awesome. When she returned my call. (I was so surprised at how quickly). She actually made my day. After two months of dealing with what I call, a renter’s nightmare, Jenny was the light. We were in an apartment in a week. Webster (my dog), Will (my nephew) and me are happy, grateful, and appreciative of Jenny in a million ways. We love our apartment and Canterbury it is beautiful. Moving cross country can be terrifying and a little hectic. Keya was amazing in keeping in contact ! I got here and everything went smoothly ;) Jenny assured my move in went great ! The apartment is just what i imagined it would be. Thank you ladies for the smooth process !

if i could give a zero i would. i’ve lived here for this past year and before i even moved in a had issues. my signed lease said my move in date was september 15, a few days before my move in date i received a phone call saying they didn’t realize someone was still living there and now had to resign a lease for october 1. a few months ago they decided to do renovations that should have been done years ago in the middle of people living here and the workers had no regards for anyones personal belongings. maintenance just shattered glass all over my carpet and failed to tell me and now my dog has glass in her paw and my things are broken. it’s dirty and ghetto here. jenny is very nice but everyone else is terrible. you also apparently have to give a 60 day notice if you aren’t planning on renewing your lease here AFTER fulfilling it, so now i’m having to pay thousands of dollars to a place i will not be living all for not telling them i wasn’t renewing. my old neighbor had the same thing happen , paid the money, and just now received another bill from them for $599 even though she moved out months ago. please don’t move here. it’s nothing short of an absolute nightmare.

Your salary must be at least 3 times whatever your rent is. For example, if your rent is $500, your salary must be at least $1,500. I lived there for 5 years and one year they raised my rent from $605 to $748. When I threatened to leave after paying the increase, they then promised to not raise my rent again if I signed a new lease, which I didn't. I left and never looked back. They also have 2 very small pools and one was closed the last summer I was there. Silly rules also. Several friends took my advice and avoided Canterbury,..you should too!
There are homeless people sleeping in the shelter by the lake... people dumping trash all over the complex.. and DEA beating down people doors .. just another day in Canterbury
I enjoyed my time at Canterbury. They were professional and resolved any issue quickly.

I had a 2 br apartment (4 ppl family) there and paid under $200/month. They have some drainage/trash or something cost as well but comes along in your water bill.

It is. The only problem yo7 may have is the unit they put you in my not be able to get the signal since they only allow the dish to be put on your balcony or patio.
