Management is the worst! You get on the waiting list and when you finally get called they pick and choose who they want. Has nothing to do with rental terms, it's all about who the girl in the office wants.

hello I'm actually a subcontractor for the property been doing them for several years. They are actually not income-based but income Limited depending on the size of your family and the size apartment you technically do not need to be employed to apply as long as you have the required security deposit plus first month's rent and possibly last month's rent to get approved they base it off total family income annually if you make over a certain amount a year you will not be approved also known as income Limited
