I'm a new resident here at claypond and the ladies in the leasing office were very helpful and very friendly throughout the whole leasing process. If you have pets this place is wonderful lots of spaces to walk your dogs and multiple pet waste cans stocked with pet waste bags throughout the property. The pond is a very nice touch with benches to sit at. I would definitely recommend this place.

don’t live here. be prepared for being woken up at 6AM to people working on outside. I got woken up at 6am AFTER A LONG DAY OF WORK YESTERDAY, from people working on the roof. they are still working on the roof as I type this. This place makes me sick. don’t move here.

This is the worst place I have ever lived, had a flood in our kitchen upon moving in... they never bothered to do anything about it... the clothes with mold on them from all the moisture, the many destroyed boxes of my fiancé's sports memorabilia and family photos dating back to the 1950s, two sick dogs, and my fiance and I both with health issues due ALL to the black mold growing in our apartment... 18 months later, a $700 rent increase and yet another flooded kitchen and things are going to get real now 🤬
