The BEST place to live in Myrtle Beach! The office staff is always so helpful and friendly. Such a pet friendly community which is a huge plus for me! Many wonderful amenities and just a quick minute drive to the beach.

Giving it 5 stars, it's a wonderful place to live, close to everything as well as walking distance to the beach! Could use a little more storage space, no big deal though! The downer is some rules apply to certain tenants which should apply to all! But that's a horse of another color! I still love the community!

You feel the breeze but no the beach is 2 blocks from the beach.
Year Round area. Very nice in the winter months also
They can change daily and there are also 4 different floor plans and square footage so they are all different. They are always listed online though or you can call or go by the office.
