In office only 2 days per week .
My mother lives there. It is being poorly managed. The office lady is very bad about responding to problems, or to people she doesn't like. You'd be better looking elsewhere.

No i believe there is at least a one year waitlist
My mom lives there and I know they are in on Tuesdays and Thursdays but all the apartments are rented so they started a waiting list.
