Robert was a pleasure to work with at the Mattress Firm location in West Lebanon, NH. He was very knowledgeable, patient and had a great attitude. We were in and out with the perfect mattress within 20 minutes. I will highly recommend Robert & Mattress Firm in the future whenever possible.

Researched mattresses found one that I liked. The store did not carry to test it out but told me can test when it gets delivered to the store. All good. Was given date of delivery. Date comes, I call to make sure it was delivered only to find out nope that the date isn't an actual date just a possible date of delivery... would have been nice to be told that info but ok. Few days later mattress is now at the store. Great, make time to test it out. It was still in the plastic which is fine but the plastic is so filthy you can see the dirt caked on so hell no not laying down on it. I decide to just go with it worse case I'll return it. Husband says to have it delivered as he is making full payment they can't provide him with a receipt. Husband decides not leaving store since they can't seem to get their computer to work and I guess handwriting a receipt is too difficult. Receive a call the next day asking for me to come into the store because still having issue with computer to make payment. I see payment has been posted to my bank account, they say ok then when we get the computer up and running will check and may call back. Never received a call from them and obviously the payment posted. Would not recommend.

I don’t remember the name of who I bought the Doze 10” memory mattress foam bed from, but it was around 3:00pm on 4/25. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to get me lined up with when I told him it was for my 3 year old. I was in and out in 15 minutes, and my daughter was asleep in 5 minutes.. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Glenn was awesome helping my husband and me pick out our new bed. He understood our concerns and took them seriously. I appreciate that they carry enough beds on the floor to find the right one, but not so many to confuse you. Looked at innerspring, hybrid and Temperpedic. Chose Temperpedic Pro Adapt 12" firm split king with adjustable base. Smooth sale.
