Thin walls poorly designed, you can hear people speaking at a normal volume and the way the main bedrooms bathroom is designed in the complex you can hear your roommate tearing up the bathroom. Poor wireless access as well you’ll need a wireless adapter to get good streaming in any room other than where your routers at. I will say the maintenance people are on point with their jobs and the employees are kind and the amenities are very cool but at the end of the day just poorly designed apartments. Ultimately this review would be higher if the cost of rent reflected the quality.

I had read allot of good, bad, and ugly about the Vinings. I have lived here 3 months now and nothing but good. The original leasing agent left. Kristy took over and has been great. Maintenance has been quick with responses. We have had to have a microwave replaced and they kept us in loop and stool to time-line. Other minor repairs fast. Property akways clean. Only negative is upstairs neighbors jumping on floor all hours of day and night. But that's not the Vinings fault. Thank you.

Can not express how sufficient their maintenance staff is. Their response time and work ethic are fantastic.
