The service manager Chris was not polite at all. He refuse to look at my reservation number. And rudly stated that he was telling me that I wasn't in for an appointment because it was made over the phone when the call was routed to the call center after waiting on hold for 25 minutes for a tech to come back to the phone.. I do not advise anyone to go to this firestone store. I just keep giving firestone chance after chance and keep getting disappointed.

My service advisor Cody was great, I really appreciate the time he took to go over my invoice and explain my vehicles issues and prioritize them. It made setting up a repair schedule easy and straight forward. I highly recommend this location if the Concord Mills store is to busy.

Scheduled an appointment, dropped my car off and was told by a very unfriendly associate that I would need to be back before closing to get it. I go back at 15 til closing and my car was still sitting in the same spot I left it. Guess to this location appointments are useless. Was never contacted during the whole 3 hours on any update or anything. I would not recommend at all. @Lisa I have now sent two separate emails following your instruction and no reply. Mirrors the instore experience.
