Beware!! Never returns phone calls and the bounce house we rented showed up on time and they said they would pick it up in the morning however it was dirty, had popped boloons, sand, smelled like nasty feet, and had 2 busted seams. I have pictures of it all. I called the number right away. No response. At 9pm 2 guys walked into my yard without announcing themselves and started packing it up during our party. They said I didn't pay for overnight but I've never heard that from him when we called and made the reservation. I have left 2 messages and no response. I don't feel like I should have paid that much for what I got but you live and learn. Just beware.

My Inflatable kept collapsing and no one would answer the phone. I was unable to use it for msot of my event but still had to pay the full price

Horrible! The only reason they are getting a star is because I have to. I will give them the benefit of a timely delivery and pick up, but that is all. When they delivered the unit, they broke a zipper. The delivery/set up guy asked if I had any duct tape. I gave him the roll of duct tape, and he "fixed" it. My 3 year old son and 2 of my nephews, 9 and 10, got into the bounce house and it began deflating. After calling them, they said that they would get another unit out. 4 hours later, they delivered another. This one, though bigger, was not what I had wanted. It was basically an obstacle course inside. It smelled terrible like dirty feet, not much room for jumping, and was dirty. After they left, I found the discarded duct tape roll in my yard from when they attempted to fix the original unit. Then the following morning when I walked around the side of my house, I found the wad of tape that must have been pulled off of the unit itself. Absolutely a disgrace for the amount of money I paid this company. I recommend that the company itself takes a good look into customer service and quality of service before continuing to lose would be lifetime customers.
