The sale side was good. The tag/ title side stinks. My temp tag expired on 6/28/22 and don’t have tag yet and I’m supposed to be going to beach. I can’t get anyone on phone about tag they transfer me to voicemail and don’t return calls.

Just purchased my second bike from RideNow. They have been really helpful and informative! There's a great selection of motorcycles on the floor and the staff is knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. They have a great service team as well!

Summer was great helping pick the ride I wanted in the price range I was comfortable with. Caleb was great to deal with in finance. Had me ready to go fast and having gps on it is a nice addition so I have no complaints with the process. Go see them!

The service department goes out of their way to provide you the best experience. I have never had any issues with them. I can’t say the same for their sales staff though. If you want to avoid paying all their fees they tack on to bikes, then by all means go somewhere else. I saw a bike there I wanted. Price was $5999.00. After tacking on a dealer fee of $599, another fee for “reconditioning” for $888, oh by the way the bike only had 1099 miles on it, the salesman said they had to put new tires on it, the tires on it were the original ones so what did they invest all that money into the bike? Ended up being over $7999 out the door. This is not the first time I have had bad experiences there. I would suggest avoiding the sales department all together. You will find a better deal elsewhere.
