The mechanic who answered the phone was very polite. I took my car in to have my brakes checked before a road trip. The mechanic said my brakes were good and did not try to sell me on any unnecessary repairs. I really appreciated the honesty. Plan on bringing my car there in the future when I do need maintenance done.
