My husband and I just purchased a beautiful brand spanking new Cougar travel trailer from Camping World in Concord, NC. We searched for a year to find one that had everything we wanted and we found it pretty quick here. From the sales rep, Gino, to the finance department, Jake, Clay in service and Rose in Customer service to the nice lady (can't remember her name) that watched my 30lb purse so I didn't have to carry it around....they all treated us with such respect and took soooo much time with us through the whole process. Good people there; felt like we gained some new friends. We can't forget Renee in retail sales. She was very knowledgeable in what we needed for first timers and eager to please her customers. This review is a long time coming. Renee in customer service is amazing. She is always so helpful and in a great mood. Always a pleasure to work with. Also everyone in the service department. Thank you! Also to the technicians in the background doing all the work getting these RVs repaired and back on the road. They have propane refill and a dump site! My wife and I were so disgusted, we didn't buy there.
Yes. Just like a home repair. Cost to diagnose problem, then parts and labor for repair. They did my a/c last spring but were very helpful. Unlike other locations who charge maximum $$.
Our refrigerator went out. On our first use! We thought our camper from Camping World we were told to contact Camping World at Myrtle Beach and they would come out and repair it. And they did. Thank God!
Yes, I'm pretty sure they will. When I got my RV, they had one on the floor, yet ordered and sent another from the factory.
Ours is in the mtns on a permanent site. We forgot our keys one trip, called a locksmith , he stood at the door and made a key, as we watched. Amazing.

I used to be a service tech but I've never worked there. If there are issues with a service department it is usually in the front end of the operation. Most places I've worked at had fairly knowledgeable people taking service calls but a few made the process a little slow.

I would recommend calling their service department and getting an estimate, along with a time and schedule. From my experience, dealers usually ask you to bring it in, if possible
do not buy from camping world in concord---they do not do anything but feed you a line of bull---go straight to the MFG if you want it corrected

Are you new to camping or just plain stupid? Depends on why it doesn't work. Hell, you may have stuffed a banana in the air vent. How is a person going to give you a solution with out checking it out in a service call. And no, it's not free.
Camping World will make any key as long as you the number to the the key.
They have blanks, but do not cut keys. You might try lowes or ace hardware
