Where can I start the worst place ever they lie threw their teeth We got 2020 keystone cougar went the the walk through Got home the door didn’t work right and the control panel wasn’t working right so I took it back the 1st of February and I still haven’t got it back home The service is horrible
Worst experience? Absolutely! Nowhere have I been treated so badly. I still bought and been going through hell now for 3 weeks

This store is really something terrible! Man the finance guy Brock he called me a liar and I was holding the evidence right in front of me. These folks will not shoot you straight. They don’t give a damn about customers! Make you feel like dirt! They’re selling campers’!!! I hope the corporate office can straighten this out. DON’T BUY HERE!!! RUN

more like how many have not...thieves and they are trained by corporate...most are criminals and were fired and re-hired for stealing customers and technicians monies...stay away YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO IS NOT SAFE HERE !!! IT GETS SET ON THE FLOOR IN PILES / FOR ANYONE TO STEAL !
We had an excellent experience at camping world. We found that the manager followed through on all issues. I think that some issues may be caused by the volume of business. They are so busy. The speedway area is always very busy with RVs. We worked with Nikki and she is terrific and has always told us the facts, good or bad.
Alway check reviews. We bought last one from Golden Gait in Concord.

We got shafted! I promise I will warn every friend out there just how dirty they play! Even head quarters plays along with them! Dirty, Dirty people! lies to you, does not fulfill what they say! My son tried to warn me and we didn't listen! Wow! and we thought these people was kind and trying to build their reputation. Was i way wrong! Never ever again. TRUST ME. MAKE YOUR PURCHASE SOME WHERES ELSE. DO NOT PURCHASE AT CAMPING WORLD FOR YOU WILL REGRET IT! And I will not stop here sharing my experience! Very dissatisfied!

Do not go to camping world concord. Horrible service from purchase to warranty repairs. And if you email the owner nothing will happen.

Ripoff joint! Scheduled weeks in advance to take my trailer for some routine work and left it on Sept. 9. By October 19 I needed my trailer for a scheduled trip so I went to pick it up. They still had done zero work, but would not bring my trailer out until I paid them $370.50. So I had to let them extort the money from me to get my travel trailer. Crooked, incompetent outfit.
