This is one of several horror stories I have about Ben Mynat service department. They just don't care if they fix your truck or car at all. Just give them lots of money. Five miles after $1900 I had to have it towed back. A whole week without my truck. Never offered me any type of car, had to about beg for a ride home. Wish there was another Cadillac dealer in my town. Too long to get into the whole story.

The service at this place has been the most horrible experience for me. If there were negative stars I could give to this place, I would. Drew at the service department has no idea of what he talks about; and on top of that rude and unprofessional. I took my car for electrical problems on my 2015 Chevy Cruze, charged 175 for a piece of cable that didn’t fix anything and was adamant on replacing the battery when clearly it wasn’t the issue as I had tested it before going there at a different shop. This place is filled with incompetent and clueless people who’ll charge you over the roof charges and still won’t fix your problems. AVOID this place at any costs.

The shop is performing quality work. They will try to up sell and there scheduling promises were wrong every time I went there. My car was never ready as promised. However, their quick lube station is fast and efficient.

yes we have a very large waiting room with complimentary snacks, water , soda and coffee for you if you prefer to wait for your vehicle.
depends..but generally yes however; not all warranties are applicable at all dealerships. Best to call and speak to an advisor upfront to ensure it is one we can accept here

yes we have loaner vehicles available for service customers who do not want to wait for their car in service....
Yes, every vehicle that is brought in for service ( regardless of the service) is given a thorough multi point inspection that basically checks and makes sure lights are working properly, tires look good, brakes, windshield wipers, etc...This helps you maintain the vehicle and hopefully avoid costly repairs down the road.
yes we have quick service center that offers oil change service while you sit in your vehicle.
I don't use the quick lube service center I use the GMC Buick service and always get great service..
