This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! They have had my camper 7 weeks and haven't done anything to it! My husband called last week was told parts were ordered...guess what?! That was a lie! Now they have to order parts! I have a trip planned and now my camper will not be fixed in time for the trip when I planned well in advance. This will be the LAST time I ever do business with you!

We bought an "as is" used Fifth Wheel from Sonny's. The technician checked it all out and reviewed it with us. A couple of weeks later we ran into a problem. Being first time RV'ers, my husband had a question. When he called back to talk to a technician, they were more than happy to field his questions. Can't say enough good things about doing business with Sonny's in Concord.

First off let me say that my experience with this dealership has been nothing less than phenomenal. The customer care is above the roof the staff was super friendly and the team I worked with made there day about me……..this is what customer service should be. I had Joe as my salesman and not only did he make sure I got the right deal but came in on his day off just to check on me and show me around. When it was time to order my accessories Alex stepped in to make sure that everything was to a standard and I got what I wanted in on time as I came from a good distance and when it came to finalizing the deal I had the privilege of dealing with Justin who not only reassured me that he would make sure he would make the deal right but literally called the banks directly to get me an insane rate…..:not sure if this was pure luck or what but having the right team when making a large purchase is everything and I am truly a happy customer. This dealership has me for life.

Great experience purchasing our first travel trailer. Our sales person, Johnny K was very knowledgeable and assisted us in finding the perfect RV. He also informed us of important changes the manufacturer was making which helped make our decision easier. We are very happy with our Keystone Bullet and would definitely purchase here again!
