I made an appointment to get my car service. The oil change was OK. I asked them to check all the fluids in the car, which they did. I also mention my key will not stay in the slot to charge….nothing happened. I waited for 2 1/2 hours almost and the only thing that was done was the oil change. THe guy that check me out told me nothing he just handed me the invoice which I paid and left. I mentioned checking the fluids I would’ve at least thought they would’ve come and asked me if I would like for them to fill it for me. I also had my tires rotated with the oil change. I knew there was a screw in one of the tires. They just rotated the tires with the screw still in one of them just in a different location now of the car. They had to have seen it and mentioned nothing about patching it for me. I would’ve appreciated if things on my car needs service or attention brought to that they would have mentioned it but they didn’t do nothing but what I actually asked for. I expected more!!!

This is the best experience I had buying a car in my life. I was trying to decide between Honda and Toyota. My husband got his new truck from here and I wanted to check it out for myself. Nigel helped my husband so that’s who I wanted to work with. Nigel was great from start to finish. He was concise about the Rouge I told him what I wanted he looked up different models for me and even drove to Hickory NC to get the color that I wanted. Everything went smoothly I got the Rogue I wanted at the price I wanted to fit my budget. Mike was awesome as well, great personality got the deal I needed done fast ! And I closed out with Pierre who handled the paperwork and warranty. All these guys were pleasant and great in service. Like I said this was the best experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed. I love my new ride !

I had an oil change and air filter change along with diagnostics done. It was a wonderful interaction with Dennis. He is Awesome! The mechanics did a marvelous job. Hats off to them!! Please reward all involved because they deserve it!!!!

Amani was great along with all staff involved. This is my 3rd purchase from Modern Nissan of Concord, and each time has been outstanding. Usually $20 for cheap oil. It is worth paying $59 or so for synthetic motor oil. Cheap oil will cause engine problems eventually.
